Spending months configuring. New finance system for three schools with the potential of adding 9 more, so spent lots of hours today. Found out today my boss got free corporate tickets for tomorrow's England game from the company who supplied the system software!!

Cookery programme menus that advertise rabbit/lamb etc 'three ways'. While the description may be factually correct, it also sounds pretentious & wanky and winds me up something proper.

I've had a visa application turned down recently so I'm going to the embassy in question tomorrow armed with £250 in cash to sweeten the deal. Flying on Sunday so really need this sorted.

Good luck with that, hope you're not going to try those tactics at a first world embassy!

Outrageous that a country would turn down visa application from a citizen of the empire! Which country out of interest?
