We should make it clear in any publicity that this sum has been raised by a small band of TEFers rather than the club or its supporters in general, as otherwise the locals will look at our 1000+ following and think this was a pretty poor effort.

Perhaps once we know the final amount we have raised the club would be good enough to match the amount pledged? (or double it or whatever) Would be good publicity for both the Townend and the club? |
