Watch out for earthquakes too.

My youngest had his photo taken with John Goddard this morning.  We were at a local kids' tournament in Farnborough with the boy's team, and I think JG was there with his academy side.  Stopped him for a very quick chat.  Very personable.  Very happy to talk etc.

I'm in Holland sorting out my dad's affairs.

Chatting to the bar owner that's helped us out more than words can say.

Was taking football, got in to Dutch players in English league (Jaap Stam). Inevitably ended up at Luc Nijholt, he and the last drinker left "oooh he played for Utrecht, good player, so was his dad I think".

made my day.

Sorry I missed it the other day but so sorry to hear of your loss, if you need a hand with anything let me know, I sorted my dads, father in law and step father in laws affairs after they all passed in the space of 3 years.

Just watching an old episode of ‘Can’t pay, we’ll take it away’. I’m sure the ex premiere league player being chased for money owed to a dog kennel is an ex town player. Rather large shorts comes to mind.....
