Followed a link from the Anglo Italian article to another article about initial plans for the North Stand by renowned Italian stadium architect Pier Luigi Nervi. I've never seen this before and what a fantastic design it is, shame it wasn't built.

 What a lovely pic. 

 I did a quiz in the summer, which had a round on pics of Swindon buildings.... one of which was the upper windows of the CGH which are in fact quite ornate.... didn't get it. Sad  The team, wasn't my usual boys, but rather a mixed gender bag of youngish graduates, from various parts of GB, they were relying on me.  I reassured them that nobody else ws getting it
