He has been openly critical of Danny Wilsons handling of his use on the bench lately....no surprise...no loss.

Methinks DW must have a striker lined up for a loan as backup at least to Paynter and Cox then.

Sounds like we are paying a good chunk of his wages too - although we do have a 48hr recall.

United Chief Executive Colin Lee was keen to stress his gratitude to Swindon Town during the negotiations for Blair's loan to the Gulls: 'I would like to thank Swindon Town and Danny Wilson for their support in allowing Blair Sturrock to join us. They have understood the financial budgets that we work under at Plainmoor and have been extremely helpful from that point of view regarding our wage structure.

He has?

He has indeed.

In an interview before the Leeds game recently he said he was dismayed by DW's changing around of subs and not giving him a chance and preferring Razak to him.

Cant remember the interviewer but he was shocked that Sturrock used a naughty word (his words) in descibing his disbelief of the decision!

The striker he had lined up for us is not coming now, DW wouldn't guarantee him first team football!
