Bought a fine block of local mature cheddar with pickle inside it for tea.

Smashing it is.

I had some 'Blacksticks Blue' on biscuits earlier, a mighty fine mildish, creamy, nicely orange coloured blue cheese.

i got some of that, tried a little bit last night - very tasty.
