If you are passing.....try the Fox and Hounds in Warminster.... Very nice cider selection in there! Does Gary still "run" that place?

Obviously the Apple in Bristol - also known as the Cider Barge - is obviously good for cider. I've heard that the nearby Orchard is too. So is http://thegoodbeerblog.blogspot.com/2008/08/review-royal-oak.html The Royal Oak in Bath. They've got four ciders - usually including two rough farmhouse ones along with the perry and a fizzy one. The Gluepot in Swindon always has three or four good ciders on - including Weston's Old Rosie.

I'm not a habitual cider drinker prefering beer (Samuel Smith's Old brewery bitter please), but do drink the Brothers Festival strength pear cider at glastonbury. However, visited a pub in Southsea called the Festival & they sell 57 different ciders, & well worth a visit if you are passing

The Stella Cider was the most Beer-y Cider I've ever had. On closer inspection of the label, that would be because it's only 50% apple.
