I had the home made calvados on a visit to Normandy - absolutely fucking lethal. We were toasting the French, they were toasting us and it was going down in one. I was so pissed I ended up crapping on the hotel bedroom floor. Not a nice way to start the morning after.

I love Bulmers.. On a sunny day that stuff is lush. Stowford Press is another one that I only really drunk for the first time a few weeks ago. Very nice!

1880 deserves respect. Stowford is a good drinking cider. Old Rosie isn't bad either. Good shout but be careful with the 1880.

Leefer, no ,no ,no. Woodpecker is for the girls. I won't touch Blackthorn either as they used to sponsor the Slave Traders. Cornish Rattler is worth a try as is Morrisons Vintage Cider - 4 bottles for a fiver. Woodpecker, no, no, on. Thats like having a korma - no.
