Their goal looked like smiths fault tbf. Poor defending in the lead up, but you'd expect a keeper to do better than push it right out into the strikers path

I think I made the point to bennett yesterday, might've been someone else, but I just don't think we do enough as a team to help each other out. I think Smith could've done better but I can't help but think that if Aljofree had gotten on with the game rather than complaining to the referee he might've been in a position to clear that loose ball.
Shame really as I thought we started really well, first half hour we looked good and in a position to take three points. Inability to take our chances has cost us yet again IMO, just like Walsall. It's now got to the point that I'm really not relishing the visit of Yeovil next saturday.

They said they wanted to be Championship in 3 years. The first year will be up in february, the next 6 months after that will hinge on whether Fitton has appointed another no hoper.
They havn't taken relegation seriously all season despite the fact that if Malpas had been appointed over a summer then he would have relegated us.
Progress off the pitch will be difficult to come by. Cant see too many new season ticket holders snapping up their season ticket renewals. If it wasnt for Malpas we would have smashed that 6,000. As it is, the club has lost all momentum.
He will end up spending the money for a manager with 3 backroom staff in the end. Whether we are still in L1 or L2 by then I dont know.
I suspect that AF has now come to realise the difficulty of the task taken on...the 3 years bit was swiftly changed to 5 years. The CG redevelopment bit has come to rest on the good offices of SBC, so in other words we can forget about it. I don't think the season ticket thing had anything to do with MM....rather we just hit the ceiling of support for L1 football without investment in players. Like it or not MKD who we managed to pip at the post a couple of seasons back, have shown what can be achieved with a bit of progress off the field...

I dunno Reg, I know of a few people who didn't buy a ST because they didn't like Malpas, or rather what he did to our team last season in that other abysmal run of form.

I got to page twelve and realised if I don't start peeling some potatoes this roast pork isn't going to happen.
Did they have onions at Crewe?

Did they have onions at Crewe? I don't know. I had the last Chicken Balti pie if that helps.

Same place but having had 4-4 and 3-3 draws instead of 3-3 and 2-2.
Does that make sense?

About where Bristol Rovers are I'd guess.

Nowhere near where Leicester are as they can defend, but probably about the same as Bristol rovers again. Fryatt is also lucky to have an excellent strike partner in Howard.

There was once a team who played Crewe They didn't know what to do They let in a soft one A breakaway run On half time, you would think they had the flu.
