I'm tempted to tell you some of the other things that I know, some of which would make you shit your brains. But I won't. For now.
I have shit for brains. Does that mean shitting my brain would be the same as normal shitting.

Heard he held talks, agreed to sign a contract. Came to sign it and some addition things had been added one of which was Byrne and Williams would stay on and he didnt accept it and stormed out. Rather then us not agreeing compentsation
Could and probably is all bollocks
Almost certainly - you wouldn't put that in a contract, and certainly in Williams' case if the argument is that it's being done to save a pay-off you don't need to, as the publicity surrounding the court case would be enough to terminate the contract. This is one of the main reasons why I hope we get a new manager soon (apart from the whole relegation battle things) so we can get away from these half-baked rumours then spawning three pages of debate as if they're fact. (Not having a go at DV who to be fair did put in adequate disclaimers)

So is it Phil King who is our informant?
I promise I won't tell anyone if it is.
I quite like the idea of the Town End Forum having it's very own insider.

Hope not. No disrespect to Phil, top bloke and all that, but I don't know that he's been following all this as closely as he might before issuing opinions on it. Heard him on Radio Swindon last week criticising Fitton for saying earlier in the week there'd be a candidate with wow factor, then downplaying it. Whereas what had actually been said earlier in the week was specifically that it would NOT be a candidate with wow factor, then re-emphasised by Nick W midweek.

I'm not interested unless you can guarantee sock-offage.

I know it shouldn't, but Watkins smirky face on that article makes me want to punch him.

Looks like they may take it into the new year - which is dangerous given transfer activity beginning again.
Then again with so many fixtures taking place in the next couple of weeks maybe a change halfway through would be bad, but given our situation maybe not. Meh.

How could it possibly be bad? We are losing games we need to win. The worst that could happen is that we lose by a larger margin.

The most annoying thing about the article is the bit in which Watkins states we have two winnable games coming up. The last two games were winnable! If we lose both we are gonna be playing catch up which we simply should not be doing.

In this league they are all winnable. I haven't seen one decent team yet, well Leeds were quite impressive, but other than that, niente.
