Just had a long chat with Dick Mackey, apparently all of the back room staff have been given notice, which is why Byrnes & Williams initially turned down the caretakers role.
Watkins then sent for Bodin to ask him to fill this role.
Byrnes & Williams then at a meeting with the players at the training ground in Wanborough were persuaded to change their minds, which was accepted by the board.
The backroom staff will only be reinstated should the incoming manager decide he requires their services.
