Lime pickle is wonderful.
All curries must be served with a Peshwari Naan.

Anything less than a Madras is gay. Vindaloo or Phall is the way to go. Put the Savlon in the fridge overnight though.

What about rice then?
Quite recently I was responsible for quite possibly the best rice ever: Jasmine rice boiled with a couple of slices of galangal, 2 star anise and some chopped coriander. Bloody lovely.
This accompanied a Thai-style beef stir-fry concoction.

1. Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi 2. Lamb Jalfrezi 3. Chicken Pathia 4. Any lamb chef's speciality that has two small chillies next to it on the menu 5. Lamb Shashlik
all served with a plain naan and decent lager.

Can you even taste a Phall? I've never had one but i'm guessing they are too hot to even get any enjoyment from?

It was lushness, but it takes its toll
The best curry I have tasted was a special that Axs had when we went out for Soniques birthday
it was sublime
