Murray is a spent force, 4-0 down in the 3rd.

Fed is back to is best and is making it look easy.

You could see from the first set that Federer had it in the bag, okay he looked like he'd make a fight of it in the second but I think Federer is just too good.  I don't know about Fed being back, not sure he ever really went away!

Still over half a million quid in Murray's back pocket for his efforts, I bet he won't be able to sleep tonight knowing that he hasn't got the unconditional support of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

When Fed has a couple of winless tournaments he's definitely not at his best. Yesterday he just blew Murray away - he's back to his best.

I think Murray suffered as much mentally as physically. That match against Nadal took a lot out of him on both counts.  The pressure must be immense even if it isn't on a conscious level.

He was in a similar position of 'how will he ever be good enough to  beat him' after playing Nadal in Wimbledon.  But he found a way past Nadal, now all he has to do is find a way past probably the greatest player to play the game (although he's already beaten Federer twice).

I think Murray will win a grand slam in the next two years, he rise has been amazing really. To think was it two or three years ago that the lad couldn't get through a five set match without the trainer coming out two or three times.  Good on him!
