My mind wanders during the day anyway so it doesn't make much difference, I do most of my work around this time, I'm normally a lot more tired in the mornings anyway but generally less tired if I've had no sleep at all. I slept 11-30 till 5-30pm wednesday so my sleeping pattern is totally out.
