A winger who provided one assist and one goal in 42 appearances last season. Must be a like-for-like replacement for Shade!
Haha I know this was tongue in cheek but how bad were Shade’s stats? Think he got a couple of assists against Rochdale and probably got at least 3 goals? That was without him being a regular starter. I haven’t been blown away by him but he’s not the worst we’ve had for sure. AG from Bradford doesn’t have the best numbers if those quoted are accurate, but I suppose they may be viewed a bit differently if he is less of a winger and more of a box to box midfielder. |

So true. Hopefully the first couple of signings give us something to get excited about. I know a lot of the best players go late in the window. But early business really helps to set the mood for the season. |

Not necessarily true. Stevenage, Carlisle and Northampton have just been promoted whilst having some bang average L2 players. It isn't about those players specifically but the blend of squad you create. |

Northampton the best example there. Just looked through some of their starting lineups from last season and Jesus, aside from Hoskins, that’s very mediocre. Their manager must have had them extremely well drilled. Fair play for getting auto’s with that. |
