It will be interesting to see if the lack of activity in...as opposed to out, is reflected in the gate.
The last season where we got sub 6,000 crowds was the 07/08 season at the height of Jim Little, Best Holdings fiasco. Tomorrow may well see numbers more voting with feet as opposed to donning the orange hats.

Less than an hour before the 5pm deadline for signings to be able to play in tomorrows game.
Doesn't look promising that we will have any new signings in place before a very important (early in the season) 6 pointer.
Disappointed but not surprised TBH.

Disappointing but predictable that nothing would happen in this first week. I would expect the usual 'We want to get the best players, and the clubs hold on to those until the last minute' stories next week. However as Sherwood is in charge and i don't think we have heard from him since his press conference it will be more of the Williams/Embleton 'We are not involved in transfers' crap instead.
In fairness thought Doughty and Furlong are a loss we can put out an eleven that should be able to compete with Shrewbury tomorrow by bringing in Murray and Barry as their replacements.
