Maybe Iandolo is closer to being ready for first team football, Wolves aren't signing him to play for their first team yet you know.

End of the day he's probably out of contract at the end of the season so it's sell now or take a risk at a tribunal in the summer so we're taking the money now for a player who may or may not cut it as a pro.
He's quite highly rated from what I've read. I appreciate Wolves aren't signing him for their first team, that much is obvious. What does surprise me is the basis on which they're signing him, little exposure at 1st team level & veru few reserve games played given that we're not in a league of any sort. I stick by my theory that I'm surprised Iandolo is in front of him based on the little evidence I have!

Not that strange really though, Leeds have just done it with Twins:

Didn't really say it was strange to be fair, clubs are obviously always poaching young players from each other, it's just that the Randall deal has come as a bit of a surprise. Considering how threadbare the squad has been at stages you'd have expected him to have had more time around the 1st team!

Reading back through articles it sounds like the club struggled to get him to sign a contract and he played very hard to get so maybe the club just think he'll be off sooner rather than later anyway. Who knows.

Would have liked to see Randall become a town regular much like Louis Thompson before moving on up the football ladder. Seems a good move though and who can blame him? He's a great lad who I watched play football from a small boy.
I hope he goes onto great things.

Is that written anywhere everything I've seen says 2016?

http://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport/12958413.Town_trio_pen_deals/ that says he signed for a year, admittedly it' only the Adver but there doesn't actually appear to be anything saying he signed a 2 year deal and it's just ASD mentioning 2017.

Ah, I got it from FLIC so it might be BS I suppose...

Should go in former players really, but Randall has signed for wolves 18 months with a year option. So what's that 7 out none in ?

23 year old midfielder, has made a few sub appearances this season for QPR.  Otherwise the usual loans in non league, lower leagues and Scotland.

Is this QPR's way of compensating us for recalling Gladwin?
