I once tried to get the the Marseillaise going in the Town End in honour of Darras (God rest his soul) and Cuervo, in the McMahon days. It died horribly. I'd had one too many in the Glue Pot before the game and had grossly over-estimated the appeal of the chant (to the words of 'Do do-do do do do do doooooo do-do') to the average Town End resident of the time. I got a few 'What's fucking wrong with you?!' looks that day, I can tell you. |

Just been told we have asked Southampton if we can take Turnbull on loan till January, will be a call back clause if it does happen due to their lack of options at the back though.
