A girl at my work went without Niccotine for nearly a year, then went back on it and now smokes more than she did before! Must be horrible, that's why I'm glad I never really got into smoking....

I think im one of the few people who doesn't like coffee. My mate though drinks about 5 cans of red bull a day, and is only 5 ft. He's long overdue a heart attack

why not just reduce the caffeine intake sam. then cut bit by bit I gave up smoking the same way, just completely stopped one day and haven't smoked since. . ahem Rovers away ?
