I've been off Caffeine for 5 days and it's a nightmare! Didn't realise how much I relied on it.

A girl at my work went without Niccotine for nearly a year, then went back on it and now smokes more than she did before! Must be horrible, that's why I'm glad I never really got into smoking....

I think im one of the few people who doesn't like coffee. My mate though drinks about 5 cans of red bull a day, and is only 5 ft. He's long overdue a heart attack
