I am trying to install the 4 on Demand player but I get so far and it says Error 1920: Service KService failed to start.
Does anyone know what this is about and how to fix it cos I would like to watch Shameless please?

I have another question.
My PC at home is broken. When I turn it on I get a message saying CPU fan error detected and it won't start up. Clearly my CPU fan is gone, any idea how much it is to get a new one fitted to fix this error?

If you're mildly technologically minded then you can fit a new one yourself.
You'll need to find out what 'socket' the processor/mobo is before getting a fan because it'll need to be a specific fit. If you know what processor or mobo you have I can find it out from that.

I am not even remotely technologically minded in any way, shape or form unfortunately !! :x What on earth is a mobo? The PC is a HP 2.4GHZ processor.

Not sure, could be either.

If the cpu fan has gone I wouldn't try turning your computer on again.
To find out your processor: right click on 'My Computer'. It's displayed in the bottom corner of the box. Need all the details, not just the ghz speed.
e.g. mine says this:
Computer: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13GHz 3.20 GHz
If that doesn't tell you the correct model number there is another way of finding it.

In all seriousnous I would unplug the thing, open up the case and see if the big silver/copper thing with the fan on is plugged in properly (you can trace the wire to the end).
If it is then it may just be the heatsink (the big silver/copper thing) isn't seated correctly. Without seeing the computer it's difficult to tell though.

Do you have a mate who's good with computers? It could be as simple as the wire has come loose!

I have someone who thinks he knows what he is doing but i'll keep my ear to the ground and see if I can find a computer legend, as you say, it could be something very easy to fix. I only really want it for my Itunes as I have over 6,500 song on it and there is no way I am putting all my Cd's onto my laptop!!
