I saw someone who looked very much like Andy Carroll on the tube today. I wonder why anyone would model their look on him, unless it was him.

I nearly ran over Peter Mandelsohn on Sunday...the twat went the wrong way down Marylebone Road and crossed in front of me as i waited at some traffic lights. I was too slow to open my window and abuse him which is a regret I will take to my grave!
He was wearing a really gay looking aqua marine fleece and riding a lady's foldable bike..

Last night, Playboy party, Cannes Film Festival, Micheal Jacksons dad.

And about 20 bodyguards.

Surely a celeb encounter in Cannes is hardly unexpected?

Met T V Smith, formerly with a band called the Adverts, 2 weeks ago. He was headlining at a smallish music venue called Stadion here in Munich. My mate Jol was support, and we all chatted after the gig. Great set, top bloke. T V Smith I mean, Jol was ok too.

Probably obscure unless you're into Punk.

Also not exactly unexpected as I was working the Radio 1 thing, but this weekend I met amongst others Dave Grohl and the rest of the foos, The Script, Ellie Goulding, Olly Murrs, Chase and Status and Lady Gaga.  I had a dump in Lady Gaga's winnebago.  Not really a claim to fame, just a lovely sentence I thought.

Is Grohl really 'the nicest man in rock'?
