Well, pretty much all of you know my predicament/situation, and that my house is now sold.

As sad as it is, life needs to go on regardless.

Just got a phone call that one of the oldest cottages in Stratton has come on the market today, has just been professionally renovated to a very high spec.

Added plus, is that it is directly opposite Jennas best friend, so they can go to school and chill after school together.

It suits mine and Jenna's needs more than completely and is an absoloute steal price wise.

I have an appointment to look at it tomorrow so fingers crossed.

How much is it on the market for if you don't mind me asking?

Would be good to compare to prices round here.

Good news Fred, hope it all works out ok. Does this mean we'll no longer be neighbours?

Years ago when I moved back to Swindon, I used to rent a place down there...its quite an interesting corner.....used to be a little bakery, along Ermine Street, which was  Cool and the Wheatsheaf was a good basic local boozer....I had some good times down there, but needed to move to Old Town, when having a local difficulty with the law.
