Years ago when I moved back to Swindon, I used to rent a place down there...its quite an interesting corner.....used to be a little bakery, along Ermine Street, which was and the Wheatsheaf was a good basic local boozer....I had some good times down there, but needed to move to Old Town, when having a local difficulty with the law. Ahhh now you are talking to a 4th generation Strattonian The bakery would have been Ross's you would have had to go passed the Jacobs Ladder (no closed and turned to flats) to get there. Anyway, the daughter of Mr Ross, used to be in my tutor group, and all I am going to say is that I got my cream splits on the way home from school for free

How much is it on the market for if you don't mind me asking?
Would be good to compare to prices round here. 145K mate 2 bed, massive rooms, beams down stairs, new kitchen and bathroom, and huge garden (overgrown and still to be done) Bit like your current neighbours garden then Fred?
