Assassination attempt No.1 occurred thanks to my wife, who responded to a bit of baiting from a couple of rednecks during yesterday's ID celebrations.
Assassination attempt No.2 occurred whilst being attacked by Mother Nature whilst swimming. Having a bolt of lightning land in a tree ten foot away from the pool you're swimming in does not a good day make.
A third attempt was avoided by running like a scared child when another thunder storm disrupted last night's fireworks display.
Nothing too serious really. I just wanted some Ralphy-esque attention if truth be told.
