Has really slowed up and is beginning to piss me off.
I have run Norton anti spyware and anti virus but has turned up nothing.
Are there any settings that I can look at to see if it is something in Windows that is restricting the speed ?
Cheers chaps

Is your network protected he means. Like do you have to have a password to access it, or if you do make sure it's not 'admin' or something like that because your neighbours can hack it.

Close your internet browser and anything else that might be using the internet, but leave your router on.
CTRL+ALT+DELETE
Then the 'Networking' tab.
It'll tell you if there's any wireless network activity.

how many computers use your wireless internet? It's been a while sinse I did any wireless networky stuff but connect to your wireless router by putting the address 192.168.0.1 (hopefully) in your internet browser.
You should be able to see how many ip addresses have been asigned somewhere in there but I can't remember the proper names of stuff so you might have to click around for a bit.
