Thought i would post this poll, with todays comments from Mike Bowden saying he wants to move the club out of town and with the board basically telling the trust and consortium to get lost are you starting to lose respect for Seton Wills?

He's a man who has done alot for the club and saved us on a number of ocassions but surely the best thing for him to do would be to hand over to the trust and either stay on as president or something or walk away.

If he loves the club as much as he says then he needs to do the right thing and let the consortium take over, the longer he lets these idiots run the club and the more he lets idiots say they want to move us out of town then the more he is going to be disliked by the fans.

The club clearly cannot even afford a £100k CVA payment so there's no way in hell that they are going to be able to afford the £900K payment in June so why carry on with things the way they are!!!

It's obvious that the board don't want to deal with the trust and have no intention of listening to what they have to say!!

I agree - This board have decided they don't care a jot about the fans - appointing idiots onto the board to join them - Bowden and Holt (AGAIN!)

Its pretty clear that Seton Wills is on THEIR side and not ours so respect has been lost until he makes his viewpoint clear.

Question for the Trust - If THIS board decides they arent going anywhere - what can we do? apart from not go and I dont want to do that as it might kill the club!

Good post fatbury, bringing Bob "I can't keep my mouth shut" Holt back is a complete joke he was forced to resign and within weeks he's back at the club, what other employer would do something like that?!!

Bowden seems like another Diamandis, I'm losing respect for Seton Wills, he should stop listening to Diamandis and the other fools and listen to the fans, especially if he's got the club's best interests at heart!

He's always said that he's a big Swindon Town fan, he's not showing that at all, all he's showing is that he's just as bad as the other idiots on the board and something really has to be done about it before this club dies!!!

Well if the board arnt going anywhere we will have to force them out and do everything we can, the orange revolution is a good idea and we will get our point across and i back it all the way, however if that doesn't work then we do need to go behind the arkells after every game in big numbers and force them out, thats a last resort but it's something i think we are going to need to do unfortunately!!

I started to lose respect for him back in 2002ish when he first had a go at the Trust and threatened to pull out.

I do recognize that he has put a hell of a lot into the club to keep us going mind.

Agree he's done alot for the club, but it's like he uses that against us, it's like he says i've kept us alive a few times so stop slagging me off!!

He thinks he's untouchable for what he's done in the past, that rubbish doesn't work with us fans anymore, all the fans will turn against him eventually the way things are going!!

The only way he will keep being respected by all of us fans is if he hands over control to the consortium otherwise he will be hated as much as the other idiots on the board!!

All that crap that him and his son came out with a few month's ago "keep slagging us off and we will pull out", let's keep slagging them off and maybe they will disappear.

Oh hang on a minute that will be another of their lie's soapy tit wank, like the one where they said if someone comes in with money and can take the club forward they will immediately resign and walk away and now it's suddenly changed to "we're not looking to sell the club"

What a bunch of prats!!!!

Bet he has taken more money out recently than he has ever put in. Then he reinvests and appears "the saviour" every time when all the time he is only putting back the money he has taken out in the first place (or his colourful advisor)

Don't talk daft bart, he's put in way more than we've had in this season by far.

That said I feel contradiction and pointless attacks on potential saviours of the club are beginning to make me dislike him.  His role in the history of STFC is undoubted, but now he has the chance to leave head held reasonably high and see a strong future for the good of the club, which he allegedly loves!  The longer it goes on the more hatred and resentment will develop, and all dignity will be inevitably lost.

I respect that he has put a lot of money in the club and we should be grateful for that.

I also respect he also has the business sense of a small newt and is seemingly as thick as two short planks.

Bear in mind these statements come via the Wills family business adviser, they probably do not even know about half the statements or if they do get told a watered down version.

Seton is obviously a gulible bloke and easily pursuaded

Do you think Seton / James / Gillian read the internet or the adver or even listen to RS ?

Why do you think that SSW never stands up in public to speak ?

The only one in that family with brains is Alice who is currently working for a premiership club I think in the commercial dept (or something like that) I beleive.

This is going to have to get a lot worse before WE the fans can get OUR club back unfortunetly.

I'd actually be interested to see his net loss at the club.

Parkin and Fallon's money went more or less into his pocket so he made back 750k at least in lats year.
