I really think if he had wanted to stay, he could have moved away from us temporarily to recover and then made an awesome return....
He only really came to us in the first place was as a favour to mark devlin. He has no local or emotional bonds to stay put, so we can't be too suprised that after a mjor event such as this, he has decided to leave. If he takes over another club in the next 18 months though, then we can get angry |

to be honest, of the many potential life changing experiences there must be in this world, stacking an aeroplane into some trees is probably right up there in terms of things that give you a differnt perspective on life. As such what has been quoted on the official site (eventually) seems to go a long way to explaining matters, and I hope that Bill pulls through what must be some pretty horrific injuries and wish him all the best.
However, saying that, all Bob Holt's comments about people being rubbed up the wrong way etc seem to suggest something a bit more conspiratorial - however, he is also, as far as i can tell, a complete and utter fuckwit and I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt on that for the moment in the hope that everything will now be OK...

It's a shame about his injuries, but to be honest all I'm really concerned in is his money. Will the Club have to pay it back? and if so when? That could really spell disaster. Just saw on Sky Sports News that Wise is now bookies favourite to go to Leeds.
