I'm not. Villa are about O'Neill's level.

Taken charge too late to bring in any of his own players for the new season, he's stuck with O'Leary's signings.
He'll make his impact next season after another midtable anonimity season for Villa...

I got a few quid on Villa with a handicap of 42 points - could happen!

Don't rate o'neill as highly as everyone else. fair play he did ok at leicester but Celtic isn't exactly a hard job is it? and he's always had money to spend.

He didn't take the England job because he wasn't offered it.
As for the Celtic job, getting an SPL side to a European Final is a tremendous achievement.
He'll be at Villa Park for 2 years and then take the helm at Old Trafford.
