I have just taken a look at the
TfL Journey Planner, sticking my own travel details in to see whether there was a stand out recommended route for those arriving in London at Waterloo. And the following message popped up:
TRAVELLING TO SEE SWINDON TOWN FC VS CHESTERFIELD FC AT WEMBLEY STADIUM ON SUNDAY 25 MARCH?
Engineering work is taking place on the Bakerloo line between Stonebridge Park and Harrow & Wealdstone, and on the London Overground network between Euston and Watford Junction. Swindon Town FC supporters arriving at Paddington travelling to the match at Wembley Stadium are advised to use eastbound Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City or Circle line services to Baker Street, and change there for Northbound Jubilee or Metropolitan line services to Wembley Park station.
