I think thats probably what I was getting at with my thread the other day. That and the fact that it is only league two, which tones it down a bit for me. Still enjoying the season as a whole though
Theres a guy who stands a row behind me in the TE, who said that he wanted to celebrate a goal that 'meant something', I did kind of get that, i mean scoring the second against Shrews, your guna go more mental for that than Bensons tap in against D&R.

Nothing this year has been as mental as the Alan McCormack winner at Northampton.

I must've nearly blown out my vocal chords. I don't think I've ever celebrated like that.

I think it was akin to Ward's goal at Charlton..

Nothing beats Charlie's goal at St Mary's.
Thought my ticker was gonna pack up on me.

I know what you mean regarding goals that mean something - but that's in the context of a 90 minutes - whereas i'm enjoying being a fan all week at the moment, looking at the table. A lot of those goals meant a lot for that game, but then you'd get back and see we were 14th with little prospect of going in either direction.
Some randoms that stick from very recent memory (last 5 years or so) are Craig Easton's late winner in front of the Town End v Luton, and Greer's equaliser v (I think) Norwich at home - header in front of the Town End. The goals against Wigan were pretty damn good as well...and obviously Invincibile's Peterborough goal.
