he would be an awesome signing

So would Simon Cox, but we won't be getting him either!

There's a rumour that Westwood (the ex Walsall) Centre-Half could be on his way out of Peterborough.

He's done well in L1 in the past, so he might be worth a look.

Can't believe he's only 30, he seems to have been around for ages. I reckon I had him in my Championship Manager 96 team.....

My posh supporting mate says Westwood is very good but slow.

I'd like to see us take Troy Archibald-Henville from Spurs, presently on loan to Exeter.

We need more entertaining names in our squad too many Smiths.....Lescinel Jean-Francois shows promise as Wilson alluded to on RS...think he'll get a contract,

What about Kevin Phillips, can't imagine he's going to get too many games in the premier League now that Birmingham have gone up.

Although I guess he might go back to West Brom, as it looks like they might be swapping places with Birmingham again Wink

From what he said in a post match interview, he's still got at least a year on his contract with Birmingham and is planning to play for them in the Premier League next season. Of course, Birmingham may have other ideas but even then I can't see him ending up with us anytime soon.

The BBC Gossip Page says that Oldham have released Mark Crossley (39), but he has already received an offer from another club.

I wonder who that other club could be...

The only players i would keep on is coxy , robson kanu , greer and morrison the rest are utter shite as this season u have all witnessed . May possibly keep smith as reserve keeper . Just hope that fitton has learned his lesson as i remember at the start of the season he quoted that you dont have to spend money on players to get out of this league. I admit , you dont have to spend a fortune and throw silly money around , but look at peterborough for example , they bought 4-5 players all in the £200-£300 thousand bracket and look at them now , 2 promotions on the trot !!!!

I wonder how much they've paid out in wages though?

Apart from the keeper from Norwich most of the players they signed from Non-league. It doesn't answer your question but my guess is not that much.
