I wasn't too fussed about Sheehan but after our dreadful defensive start, this is a bonus!

Sheehan was pretty crap after he came back from injury last season. If we get the pre injury Sheehan then its good news. If we get the post injury Sheehan then it would be bad news if Rose wasn't so totally shite. A bit of a meh from me.

Post injury- just think it was more of the fact it was in limbo at which club he'll be at come the end of the season. Never remember him being 'crap'

Defensively he's crap. Going forward he isn't.

Probably change that to "4-4, we're going draw 4-4" Smiley

Brilliant signing...just got in and i am chuffed with this.
His balls into the box like Charlies goal v Charlton have been missed....gets forward well and for me just has a quality about him....still think Rose will blossom(sorry)though at some point...he was excelent at Norwich last season.

All the Norwich fans i've spoken to were not in the same view. Totally glad to not sign him permanently tbf!

Well i would rather go on what the Norwich fans thought of him Dave...they rated him and obviously Lambert did....and they went up with a fairly large input from him in a team that pissed the LGE.....no offence meant.
Processed....how many Norwich fans you talked to...26000..
He is a good player just struggling to settle in an unsettled team.

If they rated him that much why didnt they buy him?

I thought he was only there 3 months or so anyway?

Agreed Leefer. He is not as shit as everyone is making out. He has confidence on the ball which is good. Just makes silly mistakes. Hopefully competition from Sheehan will step his game up.

If he does join and if he does sign a one year deal then I hope we will protect ourselves within the contract.

I don't want this guy coming in, playing well enough within 35-40 games to attract interest and buggering off to Bristol City on a free next summer!
