Not exactly an ex Town player but Kayden Jackson scored another 2 today for Marine making it 11 goals from 11 starts, not bad even though 3 have been penalties.

Jackson completed his loan spell with todays game and is looking at going out on loan to a higher league club than Marine according to his interview yesterday on BBCRS.

I see Charlie Austin got his 7th of the season for QPR today, Johnny Smith and Benson(2) both scored for Luton, Rooney scored a pen for Oldham, Parkin for Exeter, Fallon for St Johnstone and Abdulla for Barnet.

I wouldn't mind seeing him against Wycombe. He might be better than El Gabbas, who still looks like this football thing is all new to him.

I think El Gabas looks half decent....I wonder if Jackson will end up like Paffett & Smith...?

Although...if I'm reading Supermarines website right....he's scored 12 goals in 13 matches in all competitions....

Not suggesting he'll cut it in the league, but you never know eh?

He probably won't. Not with us, anyway.

Best thing is to loan him to a team one or two leagues above Supermarine, and go from there.

Someone like Salisbury or Forest Green....even Hereford..that's if they would want him...conference would be a good indication as to where he is, if he's still banging them in, next step it is..

Conference is a big step, maybe Conference North/South.

Weston Super-Mare, Farnborough, Staines, Basingstoke....all relatively local too..

What level did this boy play before? I'm assuming it wasn't just Sunday League?

Youth player at Leeds and Bradford apparently, although our official site only mentions that he had a trial at Leeds in the summer of 2012.

I doubt he'd get into Salisbury's team at the moment, Storey didn't make the starting eleven when he joined them

Wasn't that due to only joining the day before the game? Then being injured Yesterday?

Probably.

Jackson will never play a game for us anyway so it's pretty much irrelevant where he goes out on loan. Best of luck to him anyhow.
