Tonight will be a big one with regards to any chance of a Doyle return, he’s playing as the only striker for Bradford so interesting to see how he gets on.

Think he is being handed the captaincy to boot (something he disregarded and passed to another player on saturday). I can't see him excelling as a lone striker - it's just not his game and lumping the captaincy onto him surely only adds more pressure?

Doyle is a great player but like "captains" in other sports (Alistair Cook comes to mind), when handed the captaincy it can have an effect on their game, which subsequently suffers. With Doyle we kept it simple - linger around the box, use your movement and we'll provide chances on a plate for you. Bradford (or Bowyer) just seem to be making it more complicated and I can't see that working.

Edit: It might be Reeves as captain for them tonight.

Cue - Doyle hattrick tonight.

Ginger Pelé upfront with McCarten

Fixed it, but I know. I'm watching it.

Few shots blocked from GP but Col U are having most of the play. What are the chances of Nouble and Theo scoring tonight, along with a late one from Dorris?

Crewe 1-0 down to Macclesfield
Would settle for all 3 games to finish as they are at HT.

Northampton 1-0 up at Orient (hardly a shock their home form is awful). They go 3rd on 48pts as it stands. Could be still 6pts clear of 4th if it stays this way. A good night. I expect Crewe to fight back though. Any Tues night away is a tough gig though.

As we will find out next week!  Hopefully by then Colchester will be knackered,  4 games in 10 days for them.

Yep IPTV is usually the way but if you don't have that just sign up for the Bradford iFollow. Just put some dots in your email; if your email is say johndoe@gmail.com, just insert a dot somewhere. e.g john.doe@gmail.com, johnd.oe@gmail.com, johndo.e@gmail.com and so on. It also seems that iFollow don't ask to verify either so you don't even need a "real" email.
