Unfortunately, though, there is one issue remaining. Does Jed still have the option to buy a further 39% of shares (for the princely sum of £39) or could he have relinquished this option as part of some sort of settlement ? Now a holding of 40% seems irrelevant in the day to day running of the club and wouldn't hold much sway in any future sale of the club so it's probably something which I'm unnecessarily concerned about, BUT .....it technically means that he's still lingering in the background.

Surely that card would have been played by now?

I suspect raising the £39 may be a stumbling block for Jed!

For all we know it may have been. Then there was the issue of "stolen monies" which, strangely, we've heard nothing more about. Hence my use of the word 'settlement'.

Good! Hopefully, a line has now been drawn under that chapter and we can move on.
With apologies to Reg.......as it is STFC, no doubt we won't have to wait long for the next 'crisis' to crop up.

But the settlement might have been ,do one, Or we get the books looked at by the pro's. Doubt we'll know.

Take solace in the fact that the self-proclaimed man of the people came to the club with the benefit of anonymity, and leaves having been found out as the shyster he is, unable to set foot in another club, or business, without his reputation following him. According to Cheltenham fans, he has been seen at all of their recent home games. Safe to say those that know of him aren't best pleased.
