So, is it not feasible to set up the same way at home as we've been doing away?

Sounds an easy thing to do - but it's not quite as simple as that. Look at Exeter last season, hopeless at home and terrific away. Flitcroft seems to think that turbo charged from the off is the way to go at home.

Late 12pm decision to go today. Ardiles Jnr Mk I (aged 9) came along as well for only his 2nd away game. His first was Franchise (A) last December, which doesn't really count. Bit of an education for him today. Loved the atmosphere, and the singing. Lots of new vocab that he knows he's not to repeat at home...but he's old enough to know the drill now. I enjoyed having him there. First game of the Flitcroft era for us. What on earth has been going on for the last two games?! It was great to see a Swindon side control a game again. Even before the Cuthbert sending off - which was certainly a turning point - we had the better of the play. Lots of new faces to get to know. Hussey - one of them - was my Man of the Match. Assured performance at the back. Very composed. And what a goal! Woolery was a constant threat. The key to promotion last time we were in this division under Paolo was having players who were clearly better than the division...and on the basis of what I saw today, Woolery is certainly one of those. Great to see see & catch up with many of the old London Reds crowd at the game. Took our foot off the pedal towards the end, much to the annoyance London Reds stalwart Jimmy White who had £1 on at 125/1 for a 4-1 win. Looked quite possible mid way through the 2nd half. A great Swindon day out. The first for quite a while. Good to be back.

No excuses I see Cuthbert has followed the Blueprint of his fellow teammate McCormack. They could be twins.

Pre match reluctance to integrate in The White House.
First visit was in Jan 82, FA Cup 3rd round. They had David Moss, Shakey Jakey in goal plus a young Chalky. Lost 2-1. Referee Alf Grey did for us that day. Although town fans did wish Eric Morecambe a speedy recovery with a chorus of "let's all have a heart attack" Old Bill found it funny.
Remains to be seen if our forwards will cause terror today. If Flitcroft has microwaved them this week, then we might stand a chance.
Looking forward to going through someone's house to get into the away end.
Got a bit lively in there and Wheelwrights by all accounts.

Indeed it is a strangely enticing shirt. I think I may have to buy one.

I've not bought a shirt in 20 yrs. The last one was the harlequin black & blue away shirt during the McMahon yrs. I'm getting this one though.
