I read in the Sunday papers that Liverpool were planning to put a bid in for 18 year old Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who's played about 10 games for Southampton. The fee....apparently £8m !!!
Certainly makes asking for a couple of mill for Charlie a bargain.
