I heard today that Wilson's supposedly lined up three signings before Tuesday's game.

No names given, but this source has been right before so could be something in this.

Is it your wife's sisters boyfriends postie mate again?

I really hope there's going to be new players, christ we need them - but we've heard it all before, so I doubt anyone will come in. The same way I doubt Wilson will deliver the sweeping changes he promised in his standard post-match moan - we'll just get Callum Kennedy at left back or something.

Well Rose, Sheehan, LFJ and Kennedy need some competition at left back

He did mention post Rovers game that he was hoping to have some players in before Tuesday's game so we shall see.

Bit of an odd one that. Good luck to LJF an all that. Always seemed  to be a bit of an Ifil, but seems a nice guy whose had a bad time in life and I genuinely hope he goes on to prove me wrong.

So I guess we are getting another new centre back then! What's that Taylor bloke from Exeter up to?

Seems odd to me. If he does go, odds on whoever we are working on falls through and we have one CB available for saturdays game.

We must have someone lined up if he is being allowed to go - and I don't mean Flint.

Maybe we'll just play without centre backs - we'll be no worse off.

Exactly. The defence is the problem, so punish them by not playing them. That'll learn 'em. 0-5-5 it is.

I like that idea, imagine how many times the opposition would be caught offside!?
