A Brighton fan posting on otib: Brighton fan here, can tell you all you need to know about Mccammon. He is best known at Brighton for three things. (1) Being threatened with being stabbed at Millwall by another teammate. (2) Being thrown off the coach away at Burnley last season. After a particular poor first half, he was subbed at half time and told Mcghee what for. As a result McGhee made him get a lift home with the kit man. McCammon refused and was last seen walking towards the station. I'm surprised he made it home given the BNP in Burnley. (3) Phoning up the local phone in and challenging the host about his assertion that 'McCammon wasn't good enough for Championship football' Mccammon then proceeded to ask why the host thought that and then blamed the midfield for lack of service about why he has scored no goals this season. A Classic piece of radio. Listen to that here www.bbc.co.uk/southerncounties/audio_video_index.shtmlAs for his football ability. Its awful. He can hold a ball up, head it (not very accurately mind) but that's about it. His touch is awful. Its was best summed up at the Withdean when someone suggested that 'If Mccammon is a pro footballer, I'm off to get my boots out of the loft' Good luck.

We had better be careful what we say.. with his track-record he's probably on his way here to 'defend himself'..
