From the city forum:- He shouldn't start on scousers though, they're psycho's (hence the 'knee' injury). Although he's probably lucky not to have had his knee stolen! I heard that messahs Heywood and Orr had a tiff on monday over Orr and his criticism of BCFC against Brentford. Seems like Heywood came out of it worse off, as Orr played the next day and Heywood didn't, and as far as I can tell with this story about Heywood's knee, they've just made up a quick story to keep it all out of the media? GJ saying he might need a quick 5 min operation, sounds like poo-pie to me. If Heywood is injured he is injured, there's no either or, "quick clean of the knee ligament" GJ knows more than he's letting on. He's lying, which obviously he has to do. very interesting

Matt Heywood will give the ball away to Aaron Brown who will cross for Lee Peacock to score. You knows it.

A lot of City fans adore him. He'll sweep up at the end of season awards no doubt.
But most pieces of footage I've seen of him for City he's looks poor. He was nothing against us for starters. I've had to see a couple of City games this season and he was mediocre at best for them .... Just wins headers.
They seem to think heading alone makes the perfect defender but as I try and point out to them - It is no coincidence that there downfall coincides with Heywood joining there defensive line.
Heywood didn't play against Scunny... Guess what, Bristol City won. Boo but point made!

A Bristol City fan likened Heywood to the great Shaun Taylor, so I killed him
