He should turn up take the oath and then leave.  That £25m could go to a better cause.  Rebuilding Iraq/Afganistan/Calne for example.

If i had 25m and i couldn't spend it just on myself, i would pay for a new stadium to be built for the club. 25m should be enough to buy decent bit of land and infrastructure etc
