Charlie's the pick of the new players, although in parts Smith has looked good, with Cureton showing signs he could have a great run-in. Nicho is the most rejuvenated, he's back to his play off best as larwood said.

for me it would be between Nicho and Shakes.
Nicho is a different player under Iffy and shakes is learning to run (with the ball) and put in some good crosses.
Another player who is starting to impress me is Brown. When he first arrived he looked over weight but on tuesday he looked trim and sharper.
