I typed what is my ip in google and it comes up with a different one on every site but they all begin with 62.252.32 If I go to whatismyip.com it says my ips is 62.252.32.13 http://www.ipaddressworld.com/ says its 62.252.32.16 but uknova thinks it's 82.23.36.117.

So I could get traced on one network then use another network but same laptop and be ok?

yes, if you plugged your laptop into another network it should have a different i.p address
