Theres a lot of new destinations at the moment......... Tallinn in Estonia and Riga in latvia supposed to be really nice (Obviously not for 18-30 type of thing though)
I take it you're referring to Bulgaria as up and coming right? Only our Private travel division book there so I wouldn't really know too much about that tbh however for a European point of view yes.
Not been to Tallinn, though I imagine it's very similar to Riga, a pretty little City that seems a little fed up with the stag-do trade it mostly caters for.
Bulgaria is the Spain of 30 years ago, cheap, underdeveloped, and with a huge coastline of beautiful beaches. It also has ski resorts so is a year round destination. I was thinking of buying a place there a couple of years ago, then I just spent the money instead
