So.....its like this

it may just be a bloke thing, but do eggs have like 2 barriers ?

1 shell
1 invisible force field located between the shell and the egg

this means that whenever you boil and egg to peel (ala salad instead of egg cup job), you always end up scrapping with the fucking thing and end up with a white blob with lumps missing from it ?

It's all these new fangled organic eggs. Never used to happen when people had proper moral values. I blame asylum seekers and hippies.

You might not be boiling them quick enough (need to get to boil quickly). I think fresher eggs are supposed to be harder to peel as well but don't ask me why.

Try running under cold water before cracking the sides of the shell and rolling in the palm of your hand to loosen the rest  :thumbs:

put lot's of cream and pepper in when you are making scrambled eggs. Never put salt in till after they are done though. messes with the eggs binding capacity or sommin.
