We all know who the better player was, so this isnt a post about that.
however, we got roughly £500k (plus clauses? who knows?) for a player who had scored 20+ goals for 3 seasons and had a year on his contract
We are getting roughly £200k - £300k for a player who was shit last season and has half a good season this year. He has 6 months on his contract.
Makes the Fallon deal look good business dosnt it?

both were undisclosed fees so very few people actually know what the true amounts were, making this post pure speculation

plus we didnt sell Parkin mid season while we were in a relegation scrap, which in my mind automatically makes Fallons sale bad business

My point is that we're talking about his goals.
We're still 23rd so they're not having huge impact are they?

Look, it's like when Parkin left. "Whose going to get the goals?"
Well Fallon did.
That's life, someone always steps up to the mark.
