It's that time of the year where my Norton Antivirus subscription runs out and instead of simply renewing it I'm thinking of getting a different antivirus or maybe a whole internet security suite and stop using zonealarm for my firewall.
I've seen Pc-Cillin Internet Security 2006 for £25. Anyone know if this is any good? Or can people recommend any other good antivirus/internet security software? Yeah AVG is free and is your best bet. It needs updating every week, but it does it automatically. Other very good protection progams that you could simply download are programs such as Spybot Search and Destroy, Microsoft AntiSpyware and Ad-Aware SE Personal. These are all very good and secure programs that you can download for free. I will try find the site.

With Norton, when it runs out I just un-install it and then register it again under a different address, worked every time for me so far!
I'm surprised they haven't noticed yet though.

AVG Pro is more advanced than the free version. The free one does the job but obviously the pro one is more spohisticated.

I could always upload my hacked copy of Norton with the key generator. Use the keygen to activate the software by phone, and when it runs out at the end of the year simply re-install and repeat the registration process...
Zonealarm is gay. Which router do you use? Does that not have a firewall?
All I use at home is the router & windows firewall and NAV

http://www.sendspace.com/file/r506ohMake sure you are not connected to the internet run the setup program as normal when asked for the serial no open the keygen.exe and generate the code when asked to activate let it try the online method twice, it will fail then give you the option to activate by phone, choose this option Use the key generator to generate the phone challenge code, it will then activate for 12 months You can now connect back to the internet and run all the updates as normal - it'll take a few updates and reboots to get bang up to date When it runs out uninstall and do the same
