I'm severely tempted to get an old school NES you can pick them up for peanuts and there's some blinding classics on there.

Do you remember Eugene's lair with the moving toilets?

Fucking impossible.

Everone's a Wally was another less well known classic.  It came with a free music tape that still sticks in my mind

Vaguely :? , a miss spent youth on class A's means my memory is patchy at best. Cheesy  I know I used to get pissed off trying to load tapes/games on my commodore 64 though!

Paperboy was ace too!

Paperboy was quality.

Can you remember what that kid's TV show was called where they used to play a level each?

underdogs site is fucking awesome. you can get classics on their including Metal Gear Solid 1 and System Shock 2.

If you wanna play golden axe and streets of rage. get a genesis (what the mega drive was called in the rest of the world) emulator, best bet is at http://www.gens.ws/

then get the roms for the games from http://www.romnation.net/srv/roms/genesis.html

There are roms for SNES on that site aswell see below. probably some NES ones too, although not certian.

If someone wants some more snes roms.. not sure the romnation one has the classic marios... try http://www.nerologic.com/

best snes emulator is at http://zsnes.ipherswipsite.com/

any other system emulator can probably be found at www.zophar.net

hope that covers some of it.
