PS1:
Point Blank. Best played in 2 player mode (2 lightguns). Amazing game.
PS2:
Monkey Ball Deluxe - which is based on the origininal monkey ball games. Basically loads of weird japanese party games rolled into one. All involve monkeys which makes it ever more brilliant.
As you can probably tell my house likes weird Japanese party games. Mario Kart 64 and Mario Tennis are awesome as well!

There was another game on the game gear, where you were these different animals. You first started of as a boy with a crap sword, who then turned into a dragon who could breathe fire. Then into this small man who could climb these special walls, , then into a lion with a huge sword, then into a bird who could fly - but lost life under water.
